Was a very good game, extraordinary art. However, I'm giving 4 stars because I found that some of the overworld puzzles were really not clear or logical. Also, a consequence of having a steampunk world thematic caused some items to be hard to spot, unlike in Samerost 3, which is, all in all, a better game in my opinion. However, I still highly recommend Machinarium for those who liked similar games.

The story and puzzle style gameplay are fun and sometimes hard to figure out but not frustrating. Fun soundtrack, engagingly cute and realistic sound effects . People complaining about clutter/details in the background: if it was more obvious the game would be too easy, boring and be over too fast. The controls are a bit wonky on a phone I guess, it's better on a tablet. I love this game and play it again every few years.

I really wanted to love this one, but the controls are at times infuriating. Touch accuracy is all over the place, owing to the game's original inception as a PC game using mouse input. Some hit boxes are just too small to tap with a finger/thumb with any reliability, and I'm not using a device with a tiny screen by any means. It's also really hard to discern what objects can actually be interacted with at all, resulting in random pecking around the screen in the hope that something happens.
