Some weird bugs. Active login doesn't apply to checkout pages... The app has a popup to download the app... Push notifications just open the app, not the page or product that push notification is in reference to. Points seem unredeemable on app... among others. Could be 5 stars but has too many weird issues that make it seem very unfinished.

this is a horrible app now. this new version absolutely sucks. when they send you notifications and you click on the notifications it juat goes to the main page. instead of before where it would take you to what they are notifying you about. There also used to be a way for you to see all the notifications in the sidebar. Can't do that either anymore. I wish I didnt upgrade and kept the old one. terrible

Have been a loyal customer of this amazing company for years (back when it was RedTrainer.ca I believe) and could not be happier! Everything from the products themselves, shipping and delivery options, payment options, and of course the customer service that is always available, nothing but a positive experience all around.
