Many thanks to the developer Mr. Izmaylov. Best high fidelity music player of those which I have tried, of which there were many. I don't care about features, merely the quality of sound, which in this case is superb, particularly for FLAC. If anyone knows a better sounding player, then let me know. Until then, I am exceedingly happy with AIMP.

Might honestly be the best music player I've used after the legendary VLC! AIMP is fast, lightweight and doesn't try to overcomplicate things. It plays pretty much everything... One thing I'd really love to see, though: please add more detailed audio information while a song is playing — bitrate, bit depth, sample rate, codec, and whether the output is actually bit-perfect/exclusive to the DAC etc.

Occasional loss of sound. I waited for two updates over the last few months, but no one seems to bother fixing this issue, so I reduced my rating. Otherwise, it would be a good app. Shuffled playback from the local mp3 collection occasionally stops producing sound output (while the playback itself appears to continue progressing).

We cannot fix the issue if no one reported about that. Refer to the "About" dialog of the app, and check the "enable logging" option. Restart the app. Now, reproduce an issue and send the log file to me. Please, report to me a approximate time when issue was happened.
