I think I'm done with this game. Achievements, which are the best way to get gems, are EXTREMELY bugged. Yesterday, I had 1 more game of Sudoku before rank 11, and 1 more Armada before the next rank, so I waited to get double rewards from both, as an Armada game was coming up. I go to double check, and I've miraculously completed the Sudoku one! no rewards, nothing. I've reached out to them before because of another glitch, and I got no help. Sad, because I've played for years with no problems.

Constant issues with no help from support. I play the free version of this game. I don't know if that is why I face the issues or not, but it doesn't make me want to purchase a subscription. I constantly am missing tokens, for achievements, watching ads, and surveys. When I attempt to bring it up with support, I am either ignored or given the run around. It's absolutely ridiculous. I absolutely love the app and have played for a couple years now. But will never purchase the subscription.

The games are really fun and challenging. Unfortunately, there are a lot of glitches in the game. I had one where my progress wasn't saved after using a "bonus card" that gave me double rewards. This caused me to lose over 300 tokens (30+ games). Customer service acknowledged that this is a known issue but said they're unable to replace tokens. Please keep in mind that your progress might not be saved and your tokens may be lost at anytime, with no appropriate resolution from the creators.
