1. I made an order that kept getting delayed and they eventually just deleted it from my orders and never reimbursed me. 2. Tried using the invite friends for free items thing and if I could give zero stars I would. Very cool that everyone I sent it to conveniently was flagged for 'suspicious activity' and therefore don't qualify. 3. They got an item wrong, sent me a coupon as reimbursement, but then just erased all other discounts on the items so the coupon actually didn't do anything...

It's super easy to use. After ordering if an item decreases in price you can ask for a price adjustment and add it to your credit balance. I've ended up being able to buy other items using just the price adjustment credits. Deliveries are pretty quick also, and as long as you order a minimum $ amount ($35 or $20 sometimes), the delivery is free. It means the price of the item is what you pay, not like Aliexpress where you have to constantly watch what the shipping charge will be.

So I ordered from temu one time. It was not at all what I expected. Original pricing is over average to make it look like a great deal. And don't get me started on the emails. Every day multiple emails coming in pushing to buy more. And the adds have gotten even worse. I do not recommend. It's not the deal they make it out to be. If you have a coupon you still have to spend alot to get that coupon and the descriptions are miss leading on products. It will show a set but only get one
