About this game

A strategic driving game from the award-winning maker’s of Smash Hit. Does not Commute is a temporal paradox in which you have no one to blame but yourself. What starts out as a relaxing commute in a small town of the 1970's quickly devolves into traffic chaos with hot dog trucks, sports cars, school buses and dozens of other vehicles. You drive them all. Plan ahead. Don't be late.

In this small town, discover the characters and their secrets – what world-changing experiment is inventive dentist Dr Charles Schneider hiding? Will Mr Baker quit his job in advertising? What is that strange mask on Mrs Griffin's face? Will Mr Mayfield’s peculiar obsession with Yorkshire Terriers take over his life?

Does Not Commute is playable at no cost and free from ads. An optional premium upgrade is available through a one-time in-app purchase that will enable the ability to continue from checkpoints.
The award-winning driving game with a temporal twist.

Definitely a hidden gem. Should honestly just whip up a clean and fancy version of this for steam, sell it for a few bucks there. Better yet, turn the concept into a fully fleshed out game with multiple worlds and sell it for 10 or 15. Don't know how busy you still are with Teardown, but I'd really love to see this concept explored to its limits, that and the charaters could make it a really fun and popular indie title that a lot of people pick up. (Also only 4 stars because of saving progress)

Fantastic game, i love the concept of it.The graphics is pretty good so are the controls. But the only thing that bothers me is that if you dont have the premium version(which allows checkpoints)and you lose or close the game after making some progress, you will have to restart from level 1. So You will have to finish the game on one go!you can pause and let the game run in the background while you do other stuff to not loose progress otherwise, you have to restart from the beginning every time.

It's a cool "racing\driving" game for people who probably don't like regular or "real racing" games. It deserves credit for it's originality and quirky style. It seems to be well made and is not add heavy. It does seem a little limited in depth and options so I can't give it 5 stars. It's not really "my style" of game, but was still cool enough to earn 4 stars. ....to me that says a lot. It is cool to see how your driving skills, paths, decisions end up effecting the game & story.
