Mixtiles

I received my mixtiles and they weren't what i expected so i contacted customer service through email. I had a response within minutes and was offered replacement tiles in a different style than i had chosen. I accepted. My new mixtiles came in like 4 days and look amazing!!! I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Amazing product and outstanding customer service!!! Thankyou :)

I placed my first order, and accidentally place it three times. customer service was very quick to respond, and correct my mistake. I received my order on December 24th..... I was told it would arrive on January 4th. I could not be more happy with my photos! They look great, and arrived so quickly. I plan on placing my next order very soon. I love this app!!!!

Promo codes did't work on android.... so ended up missing out on 10 free tiles **update: I was contacted by customer service as seen below. They were able fix the issue and help me solve the problem. I wish there was a way to log in to an account to check on orders but they did provide me all details needed in an email. I also can appreciate the no account needed because it avoids learning remembering additional accounts and passwords. Thanks! Can't wait to receive my first tiles!
