What's going on with your pay in 4 option? The last few times I've tried to use it, it takes the money from my account & then sits with an eternal spinning wheel "processing your payment" & it doesn't go through. I try again, it takes the money out again, & doesn't go through. So I buy the item outright & now I have to wait 5 days, over the weekend, before I see my money returned to my account! I should be able to dispute, talk to someone or cancel the faulty pending transaction. Fix it!! Not ok

Awful, used it for a few hours and not only did it give me an unnecessarily rough time trying to put my card in for transfers, but right after I did some test transactions from my bank account to my paypal account, it randomly locked me out of my account and made me lose access, and now my money that I put in as a test is also still in their system for the next few months

I used PayPal for a while and when I went to release the money I had in my account, Paypal froze m account and has never given my money back to me! I just got an email from PayPal to contact them because there has been some changes. Could there be some changes that would make it so PayPal will reimburse all the money to me, plus interest, being that the amount was in the thousands, and it was about 10 or more years ago?? Well that would be awesome, but I still don't see my money!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
